Bono- Evelee Darnall, 93, left this world to go home on Monday, May 9, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House.

She was born August 18, 1928 in McCrory to the late John and Stella Beard Fleming. She was a member of Northside Church of Christ. Evelee loved to garden and make quilts for her family and to can. She really enjoyed Razorback basketball and playing games with her family and she always won.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Amon Darnall Sr.; two daughters, Sandra Darnall and Sue Parr; a son, Terry Darnall; two sisters, Wilma Darnall and Hazel Wilcoxson and a great-grandson, Blake Bailey.

She is survived by her children, Amon Darnall Jr. (Sandy) of Sauk Village, IL, Leland Darnall (Nancy) of Alsip, IL and Linda Rose (Danny) of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Denise Tennison (Greg) of Bono, Carrie Abbott of Frankfort, IL, Pamela Bailey (Mark) of Paragould, Stacey Eason (Jim) of Lorado, DeAnn Arnhart (Chad) of Ashflat, Lisa Weiand (Kurt) of Hardy, Tim Darnall (Kate) of Huntley, IL, Jennifer Talley of Jonesboro, James Darnall (Trish) of Port, MI, Sean Darnall (Josefina) of Alsip, IL, Mark Rose (Brigette) of Bossier City, LA and Shannon Clover of Southaven, MS; a sister, Daisy Jean Darnall of Lansing, KS; two brothers, Leland Fleming of Hutchinson, KS and John Dewayne Fleming of Texas; twenty-four great-grandchildren; twenty-seven great-great-grandchildren and many bonus grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be 12:00 noon, Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Lewis Cemetery in Hickory Ridge.

The visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Skyler Tennison, Jade Talley, Tyler Panhorst, Donnie French, Jake French and Shane Eason.
