Eva May Ogilvy, 77, of Poteau, OK passed away March 10th in Poteau. She was born April 29, 1930 in Reyno to Andrew McGhee and Lillian (Parker) McGhee. She worked for many years as an aide at the nursing home in Pocahontas. She was a resident of Pocahontas for more than thirty years before moving to Poteau six years ago. She was a member of Broadway Church of Christ in Poteau. She was preceded in death by both her parents, one sister, Rose Creason Edington, two husbands, Jack Tweedy and George Ogilvy, and a son Leon Tweedy. She is survived by two daughters, Sandra and husband, Ron Howard of Batesville and Shona and husband Rick Alphin of Poteau, two grandsons, Chad and wife, Vicki, Alphin and Shane and wife, Brandi, Prichard all of Greenwood, two granddaughters, Crystal and husband, Jeff, Walker of Poteau and Stephanie and husband, Jeff, Baker of Batesville, six, and one on the way, great-grandchildren, a sister, Laverne Burns of Alton, IL as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family, friends and loved ones. Pallbearers will be Mickey Tyler, Danny Ballard, Steve Hickman, Butch Ogilvy, \Walter Hamm and Frank Coniglio. Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Alphin, Marcus Alphin and Shane Prichard. Services will be at 2pm Thursday in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Wayne Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Johnston Cemetery at Reyno. Visitation will be 5-7 Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
