Mr. Eugene Gene Parks, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, departed this life Sunday morning, June 7, 2009, at the St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, at the age of 80. He was born September 19, 1928 in Harrisburg, Arkansas, the son of Tice Parks and Nancy Williams Parks. He married Frankie Williams on May 30, 1953, and they enjoyed 56 years together.
