Pocahontas - Eugene Jug Brown, 89, passed away Wednesday July 25, 2018 at his home.
Eugene was born September 13, 1928 in Bono, AR to the late Grover and Mihaela Davis Brown.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert Brown, William Brown, Ben Brown, and Jessie Brown; one sister, Olliven Willingham; great granddaughter, Julie Bates; and great grandson, Levi Brown.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Myrean G. Couch Brown; children, Harvey Brown of Benton, AR, Jerry Brown of Batesville, AR, Allen Brown of Maynard, AR, Letha Ragsdale of Marmaduke, AR, Retha Diller of Licking, MO, JW Brown of Pocahontas, and Kenny Brown of Spring Hill Florida; 39 grandchildren; 82 great grandchildren; 20 great great grandchildren; siblings, Mazine Bolick of Walnut Ridge, Josephine Gardner of Hoxie, Joyice Nobblen, and Leonard Brown of Florida.

All services will be held in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Visistation will be held Sunday July 29, 2018 from 1-2 pm with a funeral service immediately following at 2 pm with Don Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery.
