Lake City- Eugene "Bootsie" Carner, 91, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Lakeside Nursing Center. He was born November 27, 1920 in Prairie to the late Albert and Ora Carner. He was a retired timber cutter, commercial fisher and a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake City.
