Mrs. Esther E. Milligan Jonesboro - Mrs. Esther Elizabeth Milligan, 90, passed away Friday, January 1, 2010, at her residence. She was born in Mt. Ida, AR on April 19, 1919, to the late Joseph Clark and Louisa Mayberry Coyle. She was a homemaker and member of the East Side Baptist Church in Jonesboro.
