Jonesboro- Essie Emily Harris, 79, died Sunday, June 8, 2008 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born July 25, 1928 in Jonesboro to the late H. R. and Essie Cook. Mrs. Harris was a bookkeeper with Dena Construction Company and a member of the Cornerstone United Methodist Church, where she was a former Sunday School Teacher.
