Mr. Ernest A. Meister of Jonesboro, departed this life Wednesday Evening, at St. Bernard's Hospital in Jonesboro, at the age of 69. He was born October 3, 1940 in Harrisburg, the son of Herman Walter Meister, Sr. and Nettie Faye Newsom Meister. Ernest married Ruby Nell Qualls on September 1, 1962, and they enjoyed 48 years together.
