Jonesboro- Ella Ethel Goodson, 85, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023.

She was born June 26, 1937 to the late H.B. and Artie Lee Moore. She had retired from MDR Trucking after several years. She was a member of Nettleton Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Robert Goodson (Melissa); grandson, Blake Goodson all of Helena; sisters, Betty Schanbaum and Jeanette Moore; brothers, Olen Moore and Curt Moore and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Goodson and three brothers, Ralph Moore, Randolph Moore and Amos Moore.

Visitation will be from 9:30 until 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2023 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Brady Canright officiating.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Keith Harris, Dean Schanbaum, Chris Neugent, Randy Moore, Clay Despain and Paul McAnally.
