Pocahontas - Elizabeth Kate Kirby, 23, of Pocahontas passed away Friday, June 15, 2018 at her home.

She was born December 2, 1994 in Jonesboro to Charles and Leslie Smith Blankenship. She was a registered nurse at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center and a Christian.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, J.D. and Shirley Blankenship, Johnny Blankenship, and Ronnie Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Jacob Kirby; her parents, Charles and Leslie Blankenship of Smithville; one sister Cheryl Blankenship of Smithville; Father in law and Mother in law, Donnie and Lisa Kirby, and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 17, 2018 in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM with a graveside funeral service at 3:00 PM at the Kissee-Blankenship Cemetery near Walnut Ridge with Alex Latham officiating.
