Jonesboro-Elizabeth Dalton Fetterly, 77, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Jonesboro Healthcare Center. She was born October 11, 1935 in Jonesboro to the late Dorothy and Lige Dalton. She graduated from Arkansas State University and worked from many years at the Jonesboro Public Library.
