Jonesboro- Edward Morris Simmons, 84, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born January 14, 1926 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to the late Will and Ruby Simmons. Mr. Simmons served his country proudly during World War II in the United States Navy.
