Obituary

Edna Lee Clark Virgin, 89, of Pocahontas, Arkansas departed from this life on October 26, 2020 at Randolph County Nursing Home.

Edna was born on October 2, 1931 in Pocahontas, Arkansas to Harvey Clark and Hattie Webster Clark. She worked as a nurse for many years at the hospital in Pocahontas. She enjoyed spending time with her family, working in her garden but especially loved to go dancing. Edna also attended Stoney Point Church for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Edna is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Milburn Virgin; son, Jeffrey Virgin; brothers, Clarence, Ray, O.D. and Harold Clark; sisters, Thelma Manley, Pearlie Cox, and Maizy Thompson.

She is survived by sons, Steven Virgin of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Randy (Sheila) Virgin of Pocahontas, and Allan Virgin of Pocahontas; daughter, Laura Virgin Logsdon of Farmington, Missouri; granddaughters, Amy (Jake) McGlothlin of Pocahontas, Sara Virgin of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Heather Pierce of Park Hills, Missouri, and Melissa (Cody) Huffman of Pocahontas; great-grandchildren, Kayla (Ty) Story, Bryce DeBoard, Berlin Ivy, Isabel Ivy, Declan McGlothlin, Helen Huffman, and Beau Huffman; great-great grandson, Eastyn VanOven; brother, Clint Clark; and sisters, Frances Duff and Beatrice Ragsdell. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. with services Friday, October 30, 2020 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Burial will follow services at Shiloh Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pall bearers are Jacob McGlothlin, Bryce DeBoard, John Cody Moore, Kenny Smith, Zeb Smith, and Will Ragsdell.

To follow the directives of Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, masks covering the mouth and nose are required for all persons in Arkansas for all indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to non-household members where social distancing cannot be assured. Those attending will also be asked to sign a contact registry and maintain a social distance.
