Obituary

Mr. Earnest Scott Pierce of Harrisburg, departed this life Thursday afternoon in Harrisburg at the age of 51.
He was born January 27, 1970 in Harrisburg, the son of the late Ernest Eugene "Bud" Pierce and Bobbie Faye Riddle Pierce.
Scott was a self-employed handyman and was able to tackle any project that was needed. He loved fishing and hunting and spending time with his grandbabies. He and his wife Janet were married on December 12, 1999 and enjoyed 22 years together. In addition to his parents, Bud Pierce and Bobbie Pierce Hill, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Brenda Pierce, and his grandparents, Ernest and Dorothy Pierce and Vernon and Mary Charette.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Pierce of the home, three sons, Nathaniel James Pierce of Fisher, William Charles "C.J." Enfinger of Harrisburg and Earnest Eugene Pierce, III "Trey" of Harrisburg, one daughter, Emily Marie Householder (Robert) of Payneway, his step father, Dennis Hill (Tammy) of Harrisburg, grandparents, Ray and Juanita Riddle of Harrisburg, one brother, Steven Pierce (Traci) of Harrisburg, two sisters, Sherry King (Clark) of Harrisburg and Pam Miller of Wynne, nine grandchildren, Kamille, April, Alex, Addalyne, Hagen, Brooklyn, and Blakeley.
Gregg-Weston Funeral Home of Harrisburg has been entrusted with the care of Scott. His body will be cremated and a Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021, 2:00-3:30 p.m., at the Hillside Pentecostal Church in Harrisburg. Everyone is invited to come by and help celebrate the life of Scott.
