Monette- Dorothy Lola Nance, 91, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Flo Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born March 7, 1924 in Monette to the late Daniel and Blanche Logan Salmon. She was a homemaker and a member of the Calvary Full Gospel Church. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by a daughter, Donzia Nance; a grandson and his wife, Shawn and Heather Nance; two great-grandchildren, Aiden Nance and Wriley Nance all of Monette; a daughter-in-law, Diane Ruth Nance of Senath, Missouri and a host of nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Collier Joe Nance; a son, Ronnie Joe Nance; two sisters, Ludie Bolar and Ruth Young; a brother, Edwin Pete Salmon. A celebration of her life will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette with Rev. David Price officiating. Burial will follow at Monette Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until time of service Wednesday at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette. Lasting memorials may be sent to Flo Phil Jones Hospice House.
