Harrisburg- Dorothy Weeks Faulkner, 93, passed Friday, May 26, 2017.

She was born January 13, 1924 in McCormick to the late Ernest and Fannie Roy Turnbow. She was the bookkeeper for Weeks Trucking for many years.

She is survived by her children, Bobby Weeks (Susie), Dennis Weeks and Joyce Weeks Gardner all of Harrisburg; two step-children, Doug Faulkner of Jonesboro and Doris Krauss (Marvin) of Harrisburg; a brother, J.D. Turnbow of Texas; three sisters, Dlronda Moore of Monticello, Melva Burnett of Memphis and Margie Whitmire (James) of Village Mills, Texas; grandchildren, Sandra Eastin (Steve), David Gardner, Melinda Odom (Kelly), Dustin Weeks (Denise), Hatton Weeks (Candace), Rhett Weeks (Megan), Ginger Moss (Jeff), Keith Barnes (Mandy), Bubba Faulkner (Sheila), Angie Carter (Ricky), Bryan James (Lori), Tina Leonard (Rich), Richie Faulkner (Renita); thirty-six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren and another one due in October.

She was also preceded in death first husband, W. H. "Billy" Weeks; second husband, Laymon Faulkner; son, William Weeks; step-daughter, Joan James; step-son, Richard Faulkner; a brother, Buddy Turnbow; a great-grandson, Gunner Weeks.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 pm Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Gregg-Weston Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be 3:00 pm Sunday at Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery with Kelly Jones officiating.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Keith Barnes, David Gardner, John David Gardner, Dustin Weeks, Hatton Weeks and Rhett Weeks.
