Jonesboro- Donna Rose Flanigan, 76, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.

She was born February 26, 1942 in Memphis to the late Alfred and Emma Tolice Oberg. Mrs. Donna was a member of the Calvary Chapel Church. She enjoyed in life - working with her church family through the years, playing cards with her best friends, cooking, trips to Lake Norfolk, traveling, watching Arkansas State University sporting events, being a very "hands on" mother to her three daughters, and making memories with her family.

She was survived by her husband, Artie Flanigan of 57 years of Jonesboro; daughters, Sherry Bookout (Paul), Shelley Spikes (Wes) and Shauna Powell all of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Morgan Bookout Brunson and P.J. Bookout both of Little Rock, Cody Powell, Caitlyn Powell, Kennedy Spikes and Will Spikes all of Jonesboro ; great-grandchild, Collins Powell.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Wanda Gray.

The visitation will be from 4:00 until 5:30 pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home.

A celebration of her life will be 6:00 pm, Tuesday evening at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Lawrence officiating. There will be a private graveside service, Wednesday at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
