Obituary
Donald Rue Roberts, 84, of Jonesboro passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Flo \u0026 Phil Jones Hospice House.
He was born May 22, 1935 in Maynard, AR to the late James Lewis and Lela Myrtle Julian Roberts.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Ishmael and Cucial Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Sue Hagood Roberts; sister, Juanita Stanley; niece Donna Stanley; cousins Georgia Pierce, Robbie Simington, Carolyn Meridith, Linda Leach, Bill Johnson; and many friends along with his music and coffee drinking friends.
Pallbearers include Bryan Ulmer, Carl Harris, Jim Bob Jackson, Don Fowler, Gary Hart and Charles Johnson.
Honorary Pallbearers include Bob Ferralasco, Michael Early, Bill Johnson, Bill Erwin, and Ernie Shumake.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 3 P.M. at Ingram Cemetery with Ligie Waddell officiating.
