Jonesboro- Donald Ray Winstead, 67, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010 at his residence. He was born March 19, 1943 in Blytheville to the late Roy and Georgia Winstead. Donald retired after 22 years in the Arkansas National Guard and was a volunteer Fireman at Trumann and was Assistant Chief for several years.
