Jonesboro- Donald "Scott" Lutz, 62, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 in Memphis surrounded by his family.

He was born March 16, 1956 in Blytheville to Donald "Larry" and Virginia Lutz.
Scott was a contractor, supervisor and foreman. Scott loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, water skiing and was an avid Razorback fan. Scott was loved by all and had such a kind soul. He adored his grandchildren, family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Lorri Ann Lutz; his mother, Virginia "Ginny" Nooyen (Russ) of Memphis; his children, Branden Scott Lutz, Andrea Boyd and Kyle Boyd all of Jonesboro; a brother, Greg Lutz (Sharon) of Collierville, TN; two sisters, Stacy Poole (Marshall) of Bono and Ginger Lutz (Connie) of Brunswick, TN; sixteen grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Larry Lutz and a daughter, Jennifer Ryanne Boyd.

A celebration of his life will be 10:00 am Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Trinity Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Marshall Poole, Nick Freeman, Kyle Boyd, James Beavers, John Gregory and Nicklaus Lutz.
