Monette- Don Corter, 80, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born August 25, 1941 in Sylamore to the late W. A. and Gertha Corter.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Addie Corter; sisters, Hazel Tilley, Iva Harrison and Mary Eidson.

He is survived by a son and his wife, Vince and Holly Corter of Monette; three grandchildren, Ashley, Zach and Lextan Corter; a great-granddaughter, Claire Corter; two sisters, Betty Arnell of Coronado, CA and Shirley Cloud of Monette; a brother, Jim Corter (Nancy) of Jonesboro and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be 11:30 am Friday, April 29, 2022 at Monette Memorial Cemetery with Bob Blankenship officiating. Interment will follow.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 am Friday at the Gregg Funeral Home in Monette.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jamie Cloud, Mark Parrish, James Tilley, Rick Parr, Aaron Uthoff and Kristian Nuckles.
