Dolly Mae Rice, 90, of Paragould departed this life on August 23, 2026, at her home. She was born on July 12, 1936, to the late John B. Arant and Ethel Blount Arant.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Redman Rice; parents, John and Ethel Arant; siblings, Myrtle Howard, Effie Scott, Maple Hoggard, George Arant, Johnie Arant, Walter Arant, and Woodrow Arant.

She is survived by her children, Sidney Caldwell, Jason Caldwell and Lucinda Caldwell; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren along with other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 31, 2026, from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M. with the funeral service to begin at 2:00 P.M. All services will be held in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Brownie Chapel Cemetery.
