Dick Wayne Ballard, 67 of Walnut Ridge departed this life Thursday June 15, 2023, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. He was born July 22, 1955, to Barney Ballard and Iva Fuller Ballard in Peoria, IL. Dick was a truck driver and a farmer and a devoted husband and father.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Iva Ballard; brothers, John and Larry Ballard; sister, Bonnie Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Floyd Ballard; son, Jason Ballard; grandchildren, Lillian Ballard, Brett Ballard and Emma Ballard; sister, Pat White and many other family and friends.

Cremation has been chosen as the final disposition.
