Deborah Blackburn, 65, of Biggers, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center.
She was born November 22, 1954, in Pocahontas to Dan and Vesta Roberts Blackburn.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Vesta Blackburn.
She is survived by her sister, Melinda Edwards; brother, David Blackburn; nephews, Daniel (Suzanne) Blackburn, James (Chelsey) Gann Jr.; great-nephew, Charles Blackburn, Hunner Gann, and Bella Gann.
Privates services will be held at a later date.
