Mr. David Allen Lucas of Wynne, Arkansas, departed this life Sunday, January 21, 2018, at the Crossridge Community Hospital in Wynne, at the age of 53.
He was born April 16, 1964 in West Memphis, Arkansas, the son of the late Richard S. Lucas and Edna Jones Lucas.
David married Lisa Strange on September 28, 2002 and they enjoyed many years together. He was a man of many talents. He was a former jailer at Marion and also worked at Petro. He also ran a mail route for several years. He enjoyed being outdoors and loved hunting, fishing and dancing. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Lucas of the home, one daughter, Amelia Davis (Lawren) of Forrest City, one son, David Anthony Fallin of Wynne, one sister, Cheryl Jean Pardell (Terry) of Atoka, TN, one brother, Richard Danny Lucas (Betty) of Bartlett, TN, and two grandchildren, Lawren Ketih Davis, Jr. and Onelious Armon Davis.
A memorial service is set for Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church in Parkin, AR, with Brother Tony Wells officiating. There will be no visitation. Gregg-Weston Funeral Home of Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements.
