Obituary
Jonesboro- David Lee Allen Wood, 66, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at his home.
David was born September 15, 1952 in Paragould to late Hilrie and Savilla Edgar Wood. He was a mechanic and a factory worker. David enjoyed working on classic trucks and hot rods. He loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by his son and his wife, Travis and Kelly Wood of Paragould; his loving companion, Theresa Neighbors of Jonesboro; two brothers, Travis Wood of St. Louis and John Wood of Desoto, Missouri; five sisters, Margie Bodell of Charlotte, MI, Carolyn Price of Jonesboro, Faye Lawson of Sun Field, MI, Barbara Mayo of Desoto and Betty Roundtree of Camden; two grandchildren, Jaxson Wood and Grayce Wood; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by six siblings, Frank Wood, Gerald Wood, Mildred Waugh, Helen Wood, Winiford Bryant and Marie Crocker.
Services will be private. Arrangements were entrusted to Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
