Daniel Lyle Smith, 59, of Pocahontas passed away June 1, 2021 in Sidney, Arkansas.

Daniel was born September 19, 1961 in Hartford City, IN to the late William Jacob Smith and Reida Mae Searfoss Smith.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents William Smith and Reida and Gene Collins; sister Carol Biby and brothers Mike Smith and Pat Smith.

Daniel is survived by his sons Zachary, Jacob, Lucas and Samuel Smith of Pocahontas; brothers Dennis Smith of Decatur, IL, Tim (Wanda) Collins of Sidney, David (Kelly) Smith of Jonesboro; sister Jeannie (Jeff) Jansen of Sidney; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Lynn Ables officiating. Burial will follow in the Pat Smith Cemetery near Birdell.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Dennis Smith, David Smith, Tim Collins, Rodney Smith, Jacob Smith, and Zachary Smith.

Honorary pallbearers include Jeff Jansen, Patrick Smith, Paul Biby and Mike Biby.
