Obituary

Monahans, TX - Cynthia Louise Hicks, 74, formerly of Monette passed away Friday, February 22, 2019.

She was born July 20, 1944 in Black Oak to the late Oral LeVelle Armstrong and Anna Madge Metcalf Armstrong.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Noel Hicks, Sr. and a son, Barry Kisner.

Louise is survived by a son, James (Robin) Kisner of Kermit, TX; daughter, Reana Hicks-Arthur of Trumann; brothers, Billy Armstrong of Sikeston, Missouri and W.O. Armstrong of Black Oak, one granddaughter, one grandson, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4:00 until 6:00 pm Thursday, February 28 at the Black Oak Church of Christ.

A celebration of her life will follow at 6:00 pm Thursday evening at the church with Tim Bassing and Eddie Dunigan officiating. Graveside service will be at 10:00 am Friday, March 1, 2019 at Monette Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Danny Dunigan, Dickie Pace, Johnny Dunigan, Chub Qualls, Jesse Dewitt, and Brian Kisner.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Children's Home of Paragould.
