Bay - Crawford E. Holmes, 74, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at his home in Bay where he lived most of his life. He was the only child of Crawford M. and Mary Ruth Holmes. He was the Water and Sewer Superintendent for the City of Bay for twenty-seven years.
