Black Oak- Connie Dunigan, 63, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018 at her cousin's home in Black Oak.
She was born February 18, 1955 in Monette to the late Everett and Vivian Skidmore Dunigan. Connie taught Spanish at Greene County Tech for over twenty-five years. She loved working with the kids but had to retire because of health issues.
She is survived by two sisters, Linda Sue Hardin (J.L.) of Salem and Darlene Baker (LeMon) of Greers Ferry; two aunts, Joy Self of Monette and Cecile Roberson of Little Rock; two uncles, Edwin Dunigan of Monette and Frank Skidmore of Montana; three nieces, Kristy Hardin and Bobby Cochran (Roger) all of Salem and Ilene McCandlis (Kevin) of Viola; and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces and other family member.
She was also preceded in death by several aunts and uncles and a nephew, Jimmy Hardin.
A celebration of her life will be 11:00 am Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Black Oak Church of Christ with Eddie Dunigan officiating. Interment will follow at Monette Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service at the church.
Lasting memorials may be sent to Children's Home in Paragould or Black Oak Church of Christ.
