Maynard- Clifford Trammel Jr. 49, passed away September 6, 2014. Clifford was born January 8, 1965 to the late Clifford Sr and Dorothy Gooch Trammel in Hayti, Mo. Clifford is survived by his wife Wanda Gibbs Trammel of the home, children; Rebecca (Cody) Simpson of Pocahontas, William "Zach" (Jasmine) Trammel of Maynard, Loren Trammel of Maynard, Dominick Trammel of Maynard, Stephanie Trammel of Maynard, Elizabeth Trammel of Maynard, Ethan Stout of Maynard and Emily Stout of Maynard, grandchildren; Arabella Trammel of Maynard and Maddox Simpson of Pocahontas, brothers; Lonnie Stout of Savanah, TN and David Stout of OK, He is preceded in death by his parents, grandmother Lorene Hurley and sister Theresa Gooch. Mr. Trammel was a kind and loving father of eight children, along with many strays through the years. He very much loved his two grandchildren and was able to pass away peacefully at his home surrounded by those who loved him. Clifford received a Army service ribbon, Rifle Sharpshooter ribbon, Army rifle marksman badge, and a Army expert hand grenade badge while serving in the Army and Coast Guard. Visitation will be held at McNabb Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at United Methodist Church in Maynard, AR. at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday with Alma Hastings and Johnny Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at Maynard Cemetery. Pallbearers: Loren Trammel, Zach Trammel, Dominick Trammel, Cody Simpson, Johnny Cochran, Jeff Darnele.
