Jonesboro, AR Mrs. Clara Belle Parrish Hall, 75, died Saturday, March 1, 2008 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born in Batesville to the late Willie Standford and Mary Elizabeth Parrish and lived in Jonesboro and Monette most of her life.
