Jonesboro- Christine Augusta Biddle Reagan, 89, formerly of Alsup/Bay passed away Sunday, December 19, 2010 after a long illness. She was born May 10, 1921 to the late Chester and Lucy Biddle. A graduate in Elementary Education from Arkansas State College, Christine taught elementary school at Bay and Harrisburg Central for twenty-six years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
