WARM SPRINGS-Chester Rekosh, 89, died Tuesday in Pocahontas, AR. He was born on May 20, 1919 in Tamaroa, IL to the late Ted and Helen Golemboski Rekosh. He worked at Humble Oil Refinery in Baytown, TX. In 1965, he moved his family to his farm in Warm Springs. He worked at Waterloo Industries several years and then retired to run his farm. He is survived by 2 daughters, Wanda (London) Broadway, of Pocahontas, AR and Edna (Bobby) Sweat of Brownsville, TN, 1 son, Teddy (Cecelia) Rekosh of St. Charles, MO , 1 brother, Frank Rekosh of Fairview Heights, IL, 2 sisters Bernice Dubinski of Glendale Heights, IL and Regina Caldwell of Baytown, TX, 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce, 3 sisters and 1 brother. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 with a Rosary service following. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. John\u0027s Catholic Church in Engleberg with Father John Marconi officiating. Burial will follow at St. John\u0027s cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Robert Lee Duncan, Jr., Richard Sweat, Victor Rekosh, David Rekosh, Jason Lee and David Buerk. Honorary pallbearers are Rick and Wayne Broadway.
