Charlotte “Charlie” Marie Patterson, age 77, of Harrisburg, Arkansas passed away July 4, 2026 at her home. Charlotte was born to Rutha Mae Meredith and Calvin Edward Meredith on June 10, 1949, in Wynne, Arkansas. She was a loving wife, mom and Nana Charlie to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was the life of the party, loved to cook and entertain, in addition to shopping and fishing with Phil. She served many years on the American Legion auxiliary. Also, Charlotte was a member of the NE Arkansas Legal Support Professionals, Arkansas Association of Legal Support Professionals and NALS-the Association of Legal Support Professionals.

Charlotte is proceeded in death by her parents and one brother, Eddie Meredith. She is survived by her husband of 32 years Phil Patterson; her daughter, Stephanie (Jason) Barnhill; grandchildren, LeighAnn (Coe) Brock and JC “Trey” Hall, great grandchildren; Addie, Mannie, Sailor and Kellie.

She is also survived by 3 sisters and 2 brothers; Elaine Joyce Small of Bald Knob, Arkansas, Valerie (Charlie) Lynn of Morgan Field, KY; Linda (Don) Mueller of Delaware; John Dale Meredith of Paragould and Michael (Teresa) Brannon of Alabama.

Serving as pallbearers will be JC “Trey” Hall, Coe Brock, Jeff Drum, Dewey Grissom, Stephen Gann and Luke Massengill. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Grissom, Jess Murray and Steve Gann.

In Charlotte fashion, she asked that everyone attending to wear bright colors.

A graveside service will be Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, 7th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel.
