Mr. Charles Ray Vincent, of Jonesboro, formerly of Cherry Valley, departed this life Tuesday, at his home at the age of 65. He was born January 31, 1944 in Harrisburg, the son of Charles "Boots" Vincent and Georgia Ruth Tolbert Vincent. He married Loretta Young April 22, 1978 and they enjoyed 32 years together.
