Lake City- Charles "Tottie" Rodgers, 73, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014 at his residence. He was born March 1, 1941 in Heber Springs to the late Leonard and Lola Ramer Rodgers. He was an independent truck driver and mechanic. Mr. Tottie enjoyed working with wood, building fancy birdhouse and enjoyed flee marketing. He is survived by his wife, Janice Rodgers; his children, Angela Johnston of Elkhart, IN, Kristina Wallace (Jeffrey) of Caraway, FL, Gayla Greer (Anthony) of Trumann, C. Victor Rodgers(Cathie) of Lake City, Tony Rodgers of Trumann, Steven Rodgers (Leighann) of Trumann and Donnie Johnston (Patty) of Elkhart; a brother, James Leon Rodgers of Trumann; five sisters, Nelda Shann of Silver Springs, FLA, Jackie Genns of Elkhart, Joann Wade of Elkhart, Joyce Meeks of Lake City of Lake City, Deborah Meeks of Trumann; a uncle, Lamar "Poog" Millus of Ellsinsore, MO; twenty grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Full Gospel Tabernacle of Trumann on Hwy 69. Arrangements were entrusted to Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
