Pocahontas- Charles E. Beck, 94,passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Five Rivers Medical Center. Charles was born March 7, 1921 in Risco, Missouri to the late Joseph E. And Dora A. Thurman Beck. Charles was in the Army during WW II. He loved playing music and could play the harmonica and guitar very well. Charles is survived by sister-in-laws Wanda (Franklin) Tribble, Helen Bates, and Florence Matthews, brother-in-law Robert Matthews, and several nieces and nephews. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, wife Lucy Beck, brothers; Carl Beck, Raymond Beck, William Beck, Hubert Beck, and J.T. Beck, sister Rosey Lawrence. Visitation will be Thursday, November 19, 2015 12:00-1:00 p.m. in McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. A Graveside service at Randolph Memorial Garden Cemetery immediately following at 1:30 p.m. Pallbearers: Terry Tribble, Coty Vandergriff, Paul Prevo, David Matthews, Glendon Matthews, Jerry McCandless.
