Reyno- Cecile Finnie, 99, was granted her angel wings October 17, 2014. Cecile was born on a farm at Biggers, Arkansas on August 18, 1915 to the late Troy And Alice Starling Hawkins. She married Richard "Dick" Finnie in 1929. She was fourteen and he was nineteen. Their first daughter Paula was born in 1939, and the second daughter Jennie was born in 1942. They stayed on their farm from forty years and raised their family. Cecile was called Granny by her family. She loved and was devoted to her children and grandchildren. Cecile was a devoted Christian, she spend her entire life working in the Reyno Baptist Church, Biggers Baptist Church and in later years was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. Cecile is survived by her daughter Virginia (Bennie) Jarrett, grandchildren Dickie (Jenny ) Jarrett, Rick (Missy) Wrozier, Dianne Wrozier, great- grandchildren Payton Jarrett, Jessie Wrozier, Nick Wrozier, Danny Wrozier, Sammy Wrozier. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard "Dick"Finnie, parents, daughter Paula Small, brother Acel Hawkins. Services will be held in McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held the following day on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Roger Hovis officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
