Mr. Cecil E. Parker, of Harrisburg, departed this life Monday Night, September 17, 2012, at his home, at the age of 79. He was born September 28, 1932 in Harrisburg, the son of Sid A. Parker and Essie M. Faulkner Parker. Cecil was a retired contractor and a Baptist Minister.
