She was born May 19, 1968 in San Angelo, Texas to Phillip \u0026 Mary Ann Teel Townsend.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Ann Lockeby; two brothers; one sister; two children; six grandchildren; and partner in life, John Boothe.
No services will be held. Cremation has been chosen under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
