Carroll Ann Martinus, 73, of Pocahontas passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at her home.

She was born August 1, 1953 in Bakersfield, California. Carroll was a devoted CNA for 45 years at Lawrence Hall Nursing Center in Walnut Ridge and a member of Pocahontas First Assembly of God.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cora Hufstedler Calhoun; and brother, Ernest Manning.

Carroll is survived by her stepfather, Kurney “Mack” Calhoun; brother, Fred Martinus; uncles, James and Harry Hufstedler; nephews, Bobby and Terry Manning; niece, Cindy Manning; and many other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 10 AM at Randolph Memorial Gardens with Terry Miller officiating under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
