LOVES PARK, IL-Carrie Luter, 84, died Sunday in River Bluff Nursing Home. She is survived by sons, Rodney Luter, Steven Luter, and Gregory Luter all of Rockford, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Beatrice Ferrell and Alice Killough of O'Fallon, MO. A graveside service will be held at 11am Friday at Hite Cemetery under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
