Bono- Carmelita Herndon, 52, passed away April 22, 2015 at Flo Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born November 14, 1962 in Jonesboro to the late Aren Albert Henson and Barbara Kitchen Henson. She was a member of the Woods Chapel Baptist Church. She loved to garden and to care for her family and friends and will be remembered as an awesome "Nanna". She is survived by her two daughters, Mandy Foster (Josh) and Nicole Herndon all of Jonesboro; six grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Wayne Herndon. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel.
