Pocahontas- Carl Weatherford, 80, passed away September 18, 2017 at Five Rivers Medical Center.

Carl was born November 24, 1936 in Randolph County, AR to James F. and Bessie Jane Seagraves Weatherford.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Utah, Lloyd, Jerry and David Weatherford; sisters, Wilma Leathers, Patsy Bruenner, Katie Stapleton, Mary Ovona Brown, Bernice Crisp, Tommie Thielemeir; granddaughter, Shannon M Weatherford.

He is survived by his wife, Ida May Edwards Weatherford of the home; children, Gregory Weatherford of Colorado Springs, CO, Carla Weatherford of O'Fallon, MO, Timothy (Sonia) Weatherford of St. Louis, MO; grandson, Justin Weatherford of South Carolina; brothers, James Ted Weatherford of Cherokee Village, Vernon Weatherford of Pocahontas, and Wesley Weatherford of Waterloo, IL.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 1-2pm at McNabb Funeral Home Chapel with a funeral service immediately following at 2 pm with Marvin Marshall and Bill Settels officiating. Burial in Maynard Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Foundations for his ministry for missions in Mexico.
