Cameron "Cam" Ray Baldridge, 77, of Bono, departed this life on January 11, 2024, at his home with his devoted and loving wife by his side.
Cam was born September 9, 1946, to the late Daniel "Dan" Jasper and Mary "Luvena" Dalton Baldridge in Lake City. He was a member of Bono Church of Christ serving as a deacon for several years. He enjoyed raising and riding horses and was an avid coon hunter. Cam retired from The Arkansas State Plant Board. He was very much a people person and loved talking to everyone and cutting up with children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Luvena Baldridge; sister, Shelba "Jean" Inness and brothers-in-law, Jim Inness and Charley Fortner.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Helen James Baldridge; son, Brendan (Kim) Baldridge of Paragould; granddaughter, Katelyn Baldridge of Atlanta, GA., and sister, Shirley Fortner of Ravenden Springs.
Visitation will be 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 13, 2024, at the Bono Church of Christ with the funeral service to begin at 11:00 A.M. with Richard Akins officiating. A private burial will take place following services at the Bellah Cemetery.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Lance James, Evan James, Greg Fortner, Chris Riggs, Steve LaBrot and Danny Blalock.
Honorary pallbearers are Joel Cullen, Arvis Shirley, Terry Stevenson, Wayne Tate, Raymon Covey and Bill Inboden.
