Bruce Maurice Risner passed away on September 8, 2025 at the Flo and Phil Hospice House. Bruce was born on July 15, 1945 in Pocahontas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bascom and Mabel Guntharp Risner. Bruce served in the Army where he received the National Defense Service medal and Good Conduct Medal.

He also worked in Kansas City, MO with the FAA.

He is survived by several cousins.

Services will be private. All arrangements were made under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
