With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and niece, Brenda Margaret Trotter, who departed this life on May 30, 2025. Her journey through life was marked by resilience, quiet strength, and an unwavering devotion to those she loved.

Brenda faced life's many challenges with grace and courage. Though rest often eluded her, she gave everything she had to her family, loving them with a fierce and enduring spirit. Her strength uplifted generations, and her compassion shaped every life she touched.

We take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace and welcomed into the presence of God and reunited in the loving embrace of her parents, Gwendolyn and Herbert Trotter, and her brother Darryl Trotter.

She leaves behind four children who carry her legacy with pride: Glenda Margaret Watson, Adam Lee Warren, Joshua Paul Warren, and Laura Violet Maxwell. She will be dearly missed by her nine grandchildren: Gavin Warren, Zane Warren, Gwendolyn Prior, Jillian Warren, Polly Buller, Max Prior, Michael Carney, Rayden Warren, and Violet Maxwell as well as her two great-grandchildren.

Brenda is also lovingly remembered by her siblings: Charles Trotter, Terry Trotter, Teddy Trotter, Linda Richardson and several nieces and nephews, each of whom honors her memory by carrying forward her strength, resilience, and love.

Rest now, Brenda. You have earned every beautiful moment of peace.

A memorial visitation to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 at the Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home with family and friends visiting from 1 pm to 2 pm and a service of remembrance from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
