Jonesboro- Bobby Gene Wells, 76, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019 in Jonesboro.

He was born January 11, 1943 in Helena to the late Henry and Gracie Wells. Bobby served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corp from 1960 until 1966. He enjoyed gardening, wood working, camping and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Ginger Wells; his children, Jeremy Wells, Robert Bice, Kimberly Franklin, Andrew Allen and Kollin Wells all of Jonesboro and Autumn Cronin of Harrisburg; three sisters, Dean Ball of Bryant, Pat Talbot of Cabot and Sue Wright of Haskell; ten grandchildren, Jamie Pyle, Robbie Pyle, Colton Bice, Tyler Cronin, Will Cronin, Skyler Cronin, Taylor Cronin, Cayson Cronin, Cambrin Cronin and Cole Brock; two great-granddaughters, Hedleigh Bice and Emalin Golden.

A celebration of his life will be 11:00 am, Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home with Jeff Heitman officiating. Interment will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with military honors.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearer are Jerry Brown, Tommy Brown, Danny Brown and Johnathan Talbot.
