Harrisburg- Bobby Gene Mills, 84, passed away Monday, July 25, 2011 at the NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born October 10, 1926 in Harrisburg to the late Harry and Eugenia Mills. Mr. Mills proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II and was a member of the American Legion.
